Dr. Prof. Raju Vaishya is a renowned Orthopaedic Surgeon with more than four decades of experience in the field of orthopaedics and joint replacement. He is currently associated with Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi, where he has served as a Senior Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon since 1996. He completed his MBBS and MS in Orthopaedics and subsequently obtained an MCh from Liverpool, along with FRCS from London, FACS from the USA and PG DHA. He has undergone specialised training in orthopaedic trauma and arthroscopy in Germany, the UK and the USA. His clinical expertise includes knee and hip surgery, total joint replacement including robotic joint replacement, arthroscopic procedures, arthritis and osteoporosis management, regenerative orthopaedic therapies and 3-D printing applications in orthopaedics. He has authored and contributed to numerous research publications and has delivered more than 1,000 invited lectures at national and international conferences.
