Dr. T. S. Kler is a highly experienced cardiologist with more than five decades of experience in cardiovascular medicine, interventional cardiology and electrophysiology. He completed his MBBS from Medical College, Patiala, followed by MD and DM in Cardiology from PGI Chandigarh.
