Dr. Vikas Singla is a distinguished Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist with more than 17 years of experience in the field. He currently serves as Vice Chairman & Head of the Gastroenterology division at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, where his clinical practice encompasses pancreaticobiliary, luminal gastroenterology and advanced endoscopy.

He completed his MBBS from SPMC, Bikaner, followed by an MD in Medicine and DM in Gastroenterology and Hepatology from AIIMS. Before joining Max Healthcare, he served as Consultant in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Institute of Liver, Gastroenterology and Pancreato-biliary Sciences at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital from 2011 to 2021.

His areas of expertise include pancreatic and biliary diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, functional gastrointestinal disorders and early gastrointestinal cancers. He has extensive experience in advanced endoscopic procedures including therapeutic EUS, ERCP, POEM for achalasia cardia, ESD for early GI cancers and large polyps, and endoscopic approaches for obesity management. Dr. Singla has contributed extensively to gastroenterology research, with more than 100 publications in peer-reviewed journals, and has received recognition at national and international conferences.
